1 2 3 TENNIS offers the best deal in youth tennis lessons in Manhattan for ages 3-12. Our program provides all equipment and is conveniently located in the West Village inside PS 003. Join us for our unique summer camp program which we describe as a tennis focused summer day-camp. Players will enjoy 2-4 hours of tennis daily, with snack (not provided), a playground recess period, lunch (not provided), and free-time/multi-sport activities like soccer, basketball, magnet tiles, coloring, chess, uno, and many other activities/games! Running July 6th - August 14th Half-Day or Full Day options include: 9:00am-1:00pm 12:00pm-4:00pm or 9:00am-4:00pm This is the weekly sign up option form, we will also offer a daily drop-in based on availability. Cancellation Policy
By signing below I agree that I am either the named participant, or the parent or legal guardian of the named participant, and that we will abide by all rules and regulations which now exist or which may be hereafter adopted or amended by 123 TENNIS. I further acknowledge and agree that there are certain implied risk and in playing tennis and that 123 TENNIS shall not be liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other loss sustained by me or the named participant in, on or about the premises, or arising out of the use or intended use of any facilities, equipment or other property of 123 TENNIS. If I enroll, or enroll my child(ren), in programs and am asked to furnish 123 TENNIS with appropriate medical exams, I agree to furnish such exams and records. In addition, in case of accident or injury to me or my child(ren) and if an emergency contact person cannot be reached, I grant 123 TENNIS permission to obtain medical attention if necessary, for which I will be financially responsible. 123 TENNIS reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time, at its sole discretion, and management's sole liability shall be to refund any amounts previously paid on a pro-rate basis. 123 TENNIS retains the rights to any photographs or video taken at the facility to be used for publicity or advertising. REFUND POLICY: Cancellation within 20 days before selected start date: 90% of tuition refunded; 10 days 80% of tuition refunded; Less than 10 days, credit to future session with 123 TENNIS.
